Emily Eleftherakis provides her clients with a full range of services, including family and small business succession planning, real estate advice, and business development. Emily has experience in general civil litigation, including real property and energy litigation, appellate practice, and trust and estate litigation, as well as estate planning, wealth management, and trust and estate administration. Emily works with her clients to identify their priorities and goals, evaluate their options, strategically decide on a course of action, and pursue it with purpose. Emily has been recognized by Super Lawyers magazine as a Rising Star each year since 2018. Emily lives in Edmond, Oklahoma with her husband, Roger, and kids, Ellis and Theodore. In addition to private practice, Emily serves as an Adjunct Clinical Professor of Law at Oklahoma City University School of Law where she teaches the American Indian Wills Clinic. Emily is a proud citizen of the Cherokee Nation and member of the Delaware Tribe of Indians.
